T-bone and rib-eye – and is often referred to as a “half T-bone” because it has the same structure but without the fillet portion.

Dry-aged for highest quality

This high-quality organic steak is aged on the bone for several weeks using the traditional dry-aging process. The dry-aging process ensures
particularly aromatic flavor development and makes the meat exceptionally tender.

At the same time, the characteristic bite resistance remains. The bone plays a crucial role: It conducts heat optimally into the meat and enhances the natural aroma.
