As a wholesaler, Kauf Dein Steak offers a wide selection of dry-aged steaks, classics, and sausage and ham specialties. All products are made fresh daily in our in-house production facility in Brandenburg.
We place great importance on using high-quality raw materials and therefore only use meat from the region. From slaughter to trimming and aging to shipping, all steps of production take place in-house. This allows us to guarantee absolute freshness and the highest quality, while also tailoring our meat to your individual needs.

DRY-AGED STEAKS
the premier class of steak enjoyment
Thanks to our special dry-aging process, we can offer you perfectly aged meat. At constant temperatures just above freezing and a constant humidity of between 75% and 85%, our meat is aged on the bone for at least six weeks in specially designed chambers with salt walls. The aging process ensures that the meat cannot spoil and also does not dry out excessively.
The result: visually and tastefully unique compositions, hard to beat in terms of aroma and tenderness. Meat aged this way loses up to 30% of its volume and weight, offering a genuine, authentic, and authentic flavor. Since not all meat is suitable for the dry-aging method, we use only select varieties.
