Important Shipping Notice for October 2026
Please note that due to two public holidays in October, our Saturday delivery service will be adjusted on the following dates.

German Unity Day is a nationwide public holiday in Germany. Therefore, no deliveries will be made on this Saturday.
Saturday, 31 October 2026
Reformation Day · Calendar Week 44
Saturday delivery will also be unavailable on Reformation Day. 31 October is a public holiday in Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Thuringia.
What does this mean for your order?
Saturday delivery cannot be selected for these two weekends. Please take this into account when planning your preferred delivery date and, where possible, choose an alternative delivery day.

A. Shipping Information
I. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Germany only.
II. Chilled and Frozen Products
Our chilled products are shipped in sturdy polystyrene boxes with an outer cardboard box. The boxes are equipped with cooling packs and are designed for 3 kg, 5 kg or 15 kg of chilled goods. This generally ensures that the cold chain can be maintained for up to 72 hours.
The fuller the box, the more effectively the required temperature can be maintained. For boxes designed for up to 3 kg, an uninterrupted cold chain is guaranteed throughout the maximum delivery time for orders with a product weight of at least 2 kg. For boxes designed for up to 5 kg, this applies from 4 kg, and for boxes designed for up to 15 kg, from 10 kg.
In addition to chilled products, we also ship selected items frozen. These products are clearly marked in the respective product description, so you can always see whether your order will be delivered chilled or frozen.
III. Shipping Methods, Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
GO! Express
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. If payment is received by 11:00 a.m., your order will be shipped on the same day. Delivery takes place on the following business day by 12:00 noon.
GO! Express with Saturday Delivery
On Fridays, all orders for which payment has been received by 10:00 a.m. will be dispatched. Delivery takes place on the following Saturday by 12:00 noon.
If payment is received later, delivery will take place on the following Saturday.

II. Detailed Information on Payment Methods
1. Advance Payment by Bank Transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the appropriate payment reference. We will provide you with our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of the order process.
2. Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.
3. PayPal
Payment via PayPal is completed in just a few steps:
- Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
- You will then be redirected to the PayPal website.
- Log in using your PayPal account details or, if necessary, create a PayPal account and confirm the payment.
- You will then be redirected back to our shop automatically.
4. Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via Apple Pay on a supported Apple device and complete the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet for the transaction.
