A. Shipping information
I. Delivery area
We only deliver within Germany.
II. Chilled goods
Our chilled products are shipped in sturdy styrofoam boxes with outer cartons, equipped with cooling packs. The boxes are available in sizes for 3 kg, 5 kg, or 15 kg of chilled goods and are designed to maintain the cold chain for up to 72 hours. The fuller the boxes are packed, the better the desired cooling effect is achieved. For 3 kg boxes, a continuous cold chain is guaranteed for the maximum delivery time specified below when filled with at least 2 kg, for 5 kg boxes with at least 4 kg, and for 15 kg boxes with at least 10 kg.
In addition to chilled products, we also ship items that are delivered frozen. These are marked in the product descriptions, so you can always see in which form your order will be delivered.

III. Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times
1.) Shipping methods and delivery times
GO! Express: Shipping takes place Monday through Thursday. Same-day shipping if payment is received by 11:00 AM. Delivery takes place the following business day by 12:00 PM.
GO! Express with Saturday delivery: All orders for which payment has been received by 10:00 a.m. Friday will be shipped. Delivery will take place the following business day by 12:00 p.m. (Saturday). For orders received after this time, delivery will take place the following Saturday!

1. Advance payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended purpose. We will send you our bank details and the transfer purpose separately via email during order processing.
2. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay
3. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.
4. Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device and follow the verification steps. You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following verification steps.
