Our organic products stand for first-class meat quality, controlled origins, and sustainable agriculture that prioritizes both the environment and animal welfare. Organic meat stands for the highest quality, species-appropriate animal husbandry, and sustainable production.

Our animals come from regional farms in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, and Lower Saxony, which we know personally. They raise their animals according to strict organic standards and rely on natural feed without genetically modified organisms, hormones, or artificial additives.

Organic livestock farming is characterized by high standards. The animals have more space than in conventional farming, receive exclusively organic feed, and are raised without the use of prophylactic antibiotics. This not only ensures better meat quality but also contributes to environmental protection and improved animal welfare.

Sustainable animal husbandry and feeding

Species-appropriate husbandry is the key to high-quality meat. Our animals have access to outdoor areas or pastures and are fed exclusively organic feed. At least 95% of the feed ingredients come from organic farming, preferably from our own farm or from the region. Animal cloning and embryo transplantation are prohibited, as are synthetic growth promoters. This sustainable breeding method results in meat with particularly fine marbling, intense aroma, and an authentic taste of the highest quality.

Dry aging for best taste

Our dry-aged steaks are aged for several weeks under controlled conditions. This process evaporates water, intensifying the flavor. At the same time, natural enzymes break down the meat fibers, making the meat particularly tender. This traditional aging method creates an incomparable flavor that delights gourmets.

In-house slaughter with the highest standards

We rely on our own slaughterhouse to guarantee the highest quality and freshness. Our in-house livestock transporters, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensure short transport routes and minimal stress for the animals. Upon arrival, they are given appropriate rest periods before being professionally slaughtered under the strict supervision of an animal welfare officer and an official veterinarian.

Strict hygiene regulations for maximum safety

Hygiene is our top priority – from slaughter to processing to packaging. Special air purification systems keep our facilities germ-free, and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each shift. Our products are subject to regular, unannounced quality controls by external auditors to ensure the highest standards.

Organic guidelines and food quality

Our organic products comply with the strict EU regulations for organic farming and food processing. These include the prohibition of genetically modified organisms, synthetic fertilizers, and chemical pesticides. Processing takes place under strict guidelines that require a clear separation of organic and non-organic products. At least 95% of the ingredients must be organically farmed to be eligible for the organic label.
