Finest meat from German pasture-fed cattle
The sirloin has a good fat cap and excellent marbling, guaranteeing absolute tenderness and flavor. Depending on the cut, you can cut the porterhouse and T-bone cuts from the sirloin. Since the sirloin comes with the bone, you can decide whether you want your cuts bone-in or boneless. Boneless steaks are available from the sirloin: sirloin, tenderloin, and rib-eye.
