Smoked beef ham

Our beef ham is an absolute delicacy, produced in our own traditional factory according to our own recipe. The high-quality meat from the leg of beef is first salted and then cold-smoked. This gives the beef ham a particularly strong flavor.

Lean ham from the leg

Beef ham is traditionally made from the rump of the cow. These cuts of the leg are particularly lean and therefore ideal for making beef ham. In Italy, this ham is also known as bresaola.

The meat sommelier recommends

Remove the ham from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before eating, then slice it thinly and serve. This allows the ham to develop its full flavor.
