Depending on your order, we cut your meat individually and ship it fresh. This preserves all the valuable nutrients and allows you to enjoy the full flavor.
Fresh meat
We guarantee the perfect condition of the product until the best-before date indicated on the packaging has been reached. However, this does not mean that the meat is automatically spoiled after this date. Fresh meat should be kept refrigerated at all times and "warmed up" at room temperature without the packaging for approximately one hour before preparation.
Generally speaking, higher temperatures and larger temperature fluctuations shorten the shelf life. If you don't want to use the meat right away, you can also freeze it. We recommend freezing the product directly in its vacuum-sealed packaging.
